You may choose one of the following spreads:

As with our free earring giveaway there will be ways to earn multiple entries so as to increase your odds of winning. Please remember that each entry will require that you leave another comment as we will once again be using random.org to pick the winners.

So yes this means that you can earn up to 5 entries in our giveaway. Entry #1 is required, after that you are free to do all of the other 4 or simply pick from among them to earn the additional chances you desire.
