Dear Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that your child has been invited to the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry Celebration on May XX, 2007, for **name** 11th Birthday. The festivities have been a year in the planning and we look forward to a full day of magical fun and delights for all. The day will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. and end at approximately 7:00 p.m. Students should dress comfortably. Costumes are optional, however, students are welcome to come dressed as their favorite witch or wizard. If you are interested in volunteering (in costume) to be a part of the Hogwarts staff please let me know as soon as possible so we can place you in an available staff position.
