A good part of my Solstice celebration this weekend is going to revolve around making a mess of cookies with my friend and my girls for Xmas morning nibbling.  I've found a few tasty looking recipes but all I know for sure we'll be making are a molasses cookie (non-dairy as my XMas company is intolerant), spritz cookies, and chocolate chip.
