I am grateful for decaf coffee. All I wanted all day at work (more and more as they day went on and the constant speaking made my voice more ragged and my chest more sore from coughing) was something hot creamy and sweet. Getting it was something that filled me with joy. Just one of those small blessings that are easy to overlook.
I am grateful for school being almost over for the girls. I am tired of fights with Miss Artistic over grades and homework.
I am grateful for earning yet another bright and shining “A” in my own scholastic efforts. I have taken 24 credits worth of classes since returning back to school, along with a Pass/Fail semester of Classroom Observation, and have a 4.0 GPA.
