Today I am grateful that Miss Artistic’s weekend was so much fun for her. She spent Friday out at the Mall with money earned in her first paycheck and spent Saturday night camping in a thunderstorm.
Today I am grateful that Princess Nibbles had a fun weekend as well. Saturday we played Scrabble, ate snacks, and watched Inkheart
Today I am grateful for still having a job, no matter how much more hellish it has become, and that Miss Artistic has one as well, in spite of having to be moved to a different department than I.
Today I am grateful for insight gained in a tarot reading done while poolside today, which gave me a glimmer of hope for the time ahead.
The week ahead looks to be a buzy one – Harry Potter, Mr Grumpy’s birthday, a picnic hosted by the Taekwondo school, in addition to the normal weekly to-do list. But, I am looking forward to being busy and distracted and am hoping to feel renewed at the end of it.
