It was in the back of my mind to post – but I just got busy – lessoned learned I should have gotten a post up about it ahead of time before the weekend hit and my time was booked solid

That’s wonderful Jo. I used to keep a pen and paper journal, unfortunately keeping up with the blog broke that habit.

However, when I was doing it daily I found it an amazing way to really dig deep into my thoughts and feelings.

I am doing this along with you – my one thing is going to be journal every day – I start and then stop but I want to be consistent. It takes 20 days to make a habit – I want journaling to be a habit for the rest of my life. Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention! I look forward to the changes to come!
